Terms of Service
These terms apply to commissions intended solely for personal use only.
❖ NSFW is allowed.❖ The artist owns all rights to the work. Putting the artist's work into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.❖ The early slots would be started first but it won't be guaranteed to be finished the earliest unless you state when you want to have the art and if you give a specific deadline.❖ Due to my work schedule changes, Please wait patiently for the artwork to be finished. The artist values quality and detail in bringing your piece to life. Consider 1-2 months waiting time for the completion of the artwork especially when it's fully rendered upon schedule if the client has no deadline set.❖ Consider that work on progress photos will be sent via the client's any preferred form of contact (any social platform, email, discord, etc.) for assurance that the artwork is made and processed accordingly.❖ Client should provide visual references, specify and decide anything on their commission to guarantee the request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process; as to choose if the artist can post on social media unless requested otherwise.❖ For non-commercial work, Client should come to terms that the artist's watermark should not be removed. Both watermark and non-watermark versions of the artwork will be provided to prevent unauthorized use and art theft of the commissioned piece.
For Quote/Invoice and Mode of Payment:
❖ Payment can be made via Paypal, Wise, Ko-Fi and GCASH.❖ Currency of United States Dollar (USD) and Philippine Peso (PHP) are accepted.❖ The final quote (fixed price) will be determined by the client's preferred method of payment and will not be subject to change throughout the process.For Partial Payment:❖ 50% is required to be settled before beginning to work on the piece. (This is non-refundable.) depending on how big the commission is will be agreed with the client. Once the artist receives your deposit, ensure that a progress is to be made.❖ If you delay payment after your commission is completed, an additional late fee will apply. Please respect the artist's time by paying in full by the agreed-upon due date to receive your finished commission without delay.
By commissioning, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms of service listed above.
